How do we help?
Non-profit organizations can be difficult to run for many reasons. For many, technology and technology expertise has been donated by current or former generous benefactors or acquired piecemeal through grants. As wonderful as these sources are, the organization can sometimes become a hodge-podge of different technologies that may or may not work well together. When reaching at home worshippers, job retraining, other technical objectives are critical to the success of a program or organization, professional help may head off countless headaches.
Where do we help?
Churches
Churches are some of our cutting edge customers. Technology in churches is growing by leaps and bounds. They now have audio/visual systems that help keep everyone in the building on the same page and keep those outside the building connected to the teaching. Outreach teams are spanning the globe, sending back inspirational stories to share with those stateside. E-Readers are carried by the congregation which require wireless access points and faster networks to keep up with demand. We’ve been helping some of the largest and fastest growing churches keep their technology craving congregation happy.
SHELTERS AND OTHER NONPROFITS
Keeping the homeless and hungry in our community from dire circumstances is the focus of some of our non-profit customers. Keeping up with the logistical components can be unbelievably complex so tablet, laptops and desktops connected to a solid network is critical. Volunteer office and on-site help means security of donor data and disaster recovery systems are vital. We’ve worked with East Texas’s largest charitable organization to design networks and communication systems that allow them to do more with less people and rest easy knowing their data is safe. With our team’s help, they can focus on their primary mission.
Who do we help?
TECHNICAL AND NON TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
Many times our non-profits have a person with multiple roles taking on the “IT Manager” role too. Sometimes they have technical skills, but many times they don’t. We partner with technical and non-technical folks in non-profit groups to build technology plans that meet the operational goals and relieve issues that they may be experiencing. Working with a future technology needs budget helps them plan grant and donor money spending to accomplish their goals and move forward quickly. Our seasoned team can help with building and implement a plan that meets funding availability.
